Bulk-billed Online Group Therapy for Rural Women
Our approach
At SisterTalk, we combine the science of behaviour change with compassionate mental health care to help women who have anxiety and depression. Led by experienced psychologists and sisters, Sal and Cat, our online group therapy is evidence-based and provides practical skills to improve your mood. Join us to access affordable and effective mental health treatment alongside a supportive community.
"Hope begins in the dark, the stubborn hope that if you just show up and try to do the right thing, the dawn will come."

How to get started
-
Click here to book in a quick chat with us at no cost.
We'll answer all your questions about our online six-week mood management course and help you take the next steps.
-
Schedule a visit with your GP to get a mental health treatment plan (MHTP). While you don't need a MHTP to participate in our therapy, it will give you access to bulk-billed sessions for free.
Already using your MHTP for individual therapy? No problem. You can also access 10 group therapy sessions, independent of your individual sessions. Benefit from both types of therapy with the same plan.
-
Before we enrol you in a course, you’ll have a one-to-one, 50-minute assessment with one of our psychologists.
This session allows us to understand your specific needs and determine if the course is the right fit for you. It also provides an opportunity to discuss your goals and any concerns you may have.
