How to get started
-
Click here to book in a quick chat with us at no cost.
We'll answer all your questions about our online six-week mood management course and help you take the next steps.
-
Schedule a visit with your GP to get a mental health treatment plan (MHTP). While you don't need a MHTP to participate in our therapy, it will give you access to bulk-billed sessions.
Already using your MHTP for individual therapy? No problem. You can also access 10 group therapy sessions, independent of your individual sessions. Benefit from both types of therapy with the same plan.
-
Before joining a group, you'll meet online with one of our clinical psychologists for a one-to-one session. This is an opportunity to talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and whether group therapy feels like the right fit for you at this stage.
Together, you'll explore the support options available and make a plan that best meets your needs. For many women, this will involve joining our Mood Management Course. If another type of support would be more helpful right now, your psychologist will work with you to connect with the most appropriate service.
-
Begin your six-week mood management course.
Connect with others, share experiences, and work together towards better mental health.
-
At the end of the course, you have the option of meeting online with one of our psychologists for a one-to-one follow-up session. This is an opportunity to reflect on your experience, celebrate the progress you’ve made, and revisit the skills and strategies that have been most helpful to you.
Together, you can explore how to continue building on what you’ve learned and discuss any additional support you may need. This might include joining a follow-on group, continuing with individual therapy, or connecting with other services or resources. Our aim is to help you feel supported and confident as you take your next steps.
