Led by experienced clinical psychologists and sisters, Sally and Cat, our online group therapy is evidence-based and provides practical skills to improve your mood. Our mood management course includes two one-to-one 50-minute sessions and six weekly 2-hour group sessions. Courses are delivered by two experts and designed using the best evidence for treating anxiety and depression.
